We service the European market through representation in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and UK. Interplex NAS Electronics offers turnkey solutions from product concept, design through pro- duction cycle for parts that incorporate electronic circuits, modules, hybrids and multi-chip modules. As a interconnection technology solution we offer our patented lead-frame technology of  solder bearing leads. We further enhance that solution by offering various stages of processing enhancements using our assembly and soldering equipment. Our equipment offerings comprise of manual tools, semi-automatic leadframe insertion and soldering systems to fully automatic machines with selective soldering and handling systems. In order to minimize the investment costs and production time for our customers we also offer the following services at our location: Leadframe assembly and soldering on customers pre-populated pcb’s/substrates. Tape and reel assembly and packing service to load the carrier tape pockets with finished multi-chip modules, hybrids, plcc - and lcc circuits.
